This need was felt when the <strong>Cogir group came under the management of the Cogir group<\/strong>, a change that the residence wanted to mark by creating a <strong>newspaper in the group&#8217;s colours<\/strong>, reflecting this new dynamic. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>A logistical challenge and a strategic adaptation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Before our collaboration, the residence carried out the layout and printing of its newspaper in-house, a time-consuming and expensive task, with sometimes uneven results. The objective was therefore clear: to <strong>offer a better quality newspaper, without increasing the costs and workload of the internal team<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>This partnership also represented a logistical challenge for AlloCharles. Until then, our services were mainly deployed in <strong>Quebec&#8217;s major cities<\/strong>. Extending our offer to Rouyn-Noranda involved a reorganization of our <strong>delivery and logistics<\/strong> system, in order to ensure:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consistent quality of service<\/strong>, regardless of the location of the residence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Punctual deliveries<\/strong>, without compromising on deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increased flexibility<\/strong>, with multiple distribution options in the event of an incident<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The stakes were all the higher as we offer a <strong>non-binding offer<\/strong> : our ability to satisfy each residence is therefore essential.
