AlloCharles

What is AlloCharles?

A Québec company that creates custom newsletters, in print and digital, for senior living communities, cities, sports clubs, foundations, chambers of commerce and schools. Your newsletter improves communication, showcases community life and strengthens the bonds between people.

What is your mission?

To foster well-being and social connection. In the face of social isolation, especially among seniors, each newsletter brings people closer to their community and makes places more lively and human.

Which regions do you serve?

We are based in Montréal and serve every region of Québec. Since March 2025, we also work elsewhere in Canada and in the United States.

We’re not a senior residence. Can we work with you?

Yes. We work with cities, associations, sports clubs, foundations, chambers of commerce and schools. The free pilot project is available to every sector.

How can we pay?

By bank transfer or by cheque, whichever you prefer.

Your newsletter

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on format, page count and print run. For senior living communities, local advertising can cover part of the cost. And whatever your sector, the first issue is on us: that’s our pilot project. We’ll then send you a quote.

What does the pilot project include?

A free first issue, for every sector: design, printing and delivery included. It lets you test the service and see the benefits. For print runs over 250 copies, printing terms are confirmed with your management.

Who provides the content?

You do. Once confirmed, we send you two Box links: one to upload your texts, photos and activities, the other to review what was sent. Our team then handles the design and sends you a first draft.

What’s the timeline for an issue?

Your content is uploaded to Box by the 15th of the month. The first draft follows a few days later, then revisions. Final approval ideally comes around the 22nd, since printing and delivery take about 6 business days. The newsletter is distributed on the last day of the month.

How does delivery work?

We have production centres in every province. Newsletters are shipped by FedEx or UPS, or by private carrier in major cities, and a dedicated person follows up. We deliver anywhere in Canada; for the United States, get in touch.

Is there a digital version?

Yes. Every issue also comes in a digital version that’s easy to share with families and loved ones, wherever they are.

Do you make newsletters in English?

Yes. We produce newsletters in English, in French, or bilingual.

What support do you offer?

Our Québec-based team is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and until 6 p.m. on weekends, for your questions, newsletter management and customization.
