We’re based in Montreal, but we currently serve all regions of Quebec. Since March 2025, we’ve also begun collaborating with residences elsewhere in Canada and the United States. Regardless of their location, we’re able to seamlessly support them and offer a service tailored to their needs.

How long does the pilot project last?

Who handles the search for advertisers?
We handle the search for advertisers, prioritizing local partners while collaborating with national advertisers. Each residence has the right to review advertisements to ensure they reflect its values and those of its residents.
How do the newspapers to the residence work?
We have production centers in each province and primarily use FedEx and UPS for delivery. In major cities, we use private carriers. A dedicated person tracks deliveries so you never have to worry.
Is delivery in the regions possible?
We ship to all of Canada without restriction. For the United States, please contact us directly by email at contact@allocharles.com to check the availability of delivery to your area.
What support does AlloCharles offer?
At AlloCharles, we offer customer support available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on weekends until 6:00 p.m. Our team is always ready to answer your questions and assist you with managing your newspapers, customizing them, or any other requests.
